- the Chinese Chapter is now officially launched!<BR>
- the level of academic and government support for OS and OSGeo is very high<BR>
- the grad students there in particular are very sharp, and eager to join the OS community<BR>
- the Chinese were exceptional hosts to my wife and me<BR>
