OK, the 15th sounds great.

I hear the new infrastructure will be on-line, on-time. That's good news.
Venka,

The next board meeting was tentatively scheduled for the 15th.
However, it turns out I will be in Redlands *ahem* that day. I
wonder if we could move it up to this Friday if folks have business
they would like addressed. I know there was at least one board
member who indicated that the 7th was bad, but I can't remember who.

In any event, I encourage board members (and Tyler of course!) to
add items to the agenda above to discuss. I tried to ease back a bit
on board meetings since we didn't seem to have anything concrete to
cover and it was proving increasingly difficult to get quorum.
There is a trademark policy at:

http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/legal/trademark_guidelines.html

I notice now that it is really not very easy to find, which is my fault.
I'd suggest we add a logo usage guideline in parallel to it.

I am not currently aware of any draft or final document for logo guidelines.
Does anyone else know of one? In particular, I'm *not* taking on
responsibility for logo usage guidelines though I'll get it published on
the site if someone else can handle drafting, consultation and getting
one approved. Perhaps VisCom already has something?

BTW, in case anyone wasn't aware of it, our logo trove is at:

http://www.osgeo.org/content/logo/logos.html

I also noticed that the FAQ is due for another update pass. I'll try and
do that this week and notify the board when complete in case anyone has
comments.

Ah yes, it was nice to have a bit of breathing room! Heck, I might
yet get out a GDAL 1.4.0 release, and I've even delivered on a few
promises to clients.

Best regards,
