<P><FONT SIZE=2>Right. It is basically "oversight" as in, I ask our Geospatial finance person to review what's in the books. Now that we've got Quickbooks set up, it's fairly mechanical.<BR>

Treasurer role also have to be a Board member? I guess what with<BR>
Tyler working on maintaining the practical financials, the role<BR>
