So please try to go through the agenda<br>before the meeting and develop an opinion on these topics.<br><br>Please also let this list know if you cannot make it on the 7th.<br><br>We should plan another separate meeting on the topics we cannot finalize<br>during the board meeting. This requires some additional time and effort<br>but really needs to get done. For this second meeting we might not need<br>all directors at the same time on a conference call, I just want to
make<br>sure that we get them started before summer break starts and we are all<br>away again.
