I would encourage the approach of using "Motion:" in the subject line,<br>
and starting a clean new thread for board motions. I was neglectful<br>
on this motion because I thought it was just a discussion and I hadn't<br>
dipped into it for a while. I was neglectful on the last motion<br>
because Arnulf started the thread with Motion in the title but it<br>
didn't actually become a motion for a while into the thread.<br>
