<p class="p1">My name is Chris Mattmann. I'm a member of the Apache Software Foundation (ASF), </p>
<p class="p1">and a PPMC member on the Apache SIS incubator podling. Jody Garnett suggested</p>
<p class="p1">that it might be a good idea for me to attend the board meeting via IRC on 08-09-12</p>
<p class="p1">to potentially be able to answer ASF questions on the call.</p>

<p class="p1">I'm not sure if board meetings for OSGeo are open to guests, but I've went ahead</p>
<p class="p1">and subscribed to board@ and am willing and able to attend if I am able to.</p>
