<div dir="ltr">Hi All,<div><br></div><div>The UK chapter has a (UK-specific) pop-up banner that could be used, but not a lot of marketing materials- we've never had enough money to hold a lot of these in reserve. For what it's worth, I raised the question of the OSGeo booth on the board list several months ago, with little response- so most of the available volunteers that the UK chapter would have called on have been co-opted to help with other aspects of the event, and if you want the OSGeo stand properly staffed, you're going to need to organise this via the discuss list- we'll do what we can to help but we're all a bit stretched, as you can imagine! </div>
<div><br></div><div>We can arrange printing of materials and have those delivered directly to the conference venue, so if you give us an idea of what you'd like *asap* then we can get it organised- bearing in mind that the costs will have to come out of what profits we would have paid back to OSGeo. It's probably best if you send us specific links to the svn to the files you'd like printed out to avoid any confusion. Furthermore, if there's a generic OSGeo banner held somewhere in the EU that could be couriered to the venue, let us know, and we'll give you a delivery address.</div>
<div><br></div><div>As an aside for future events, I think there needs to be some guidelines for the LOC as to the staffing and provisioning of the OSGeo booth, to avoid these last minute panics- so that's one for the cookbook :-)</div>

I'll track down what we can provide, but I know that we do not have a booth that can be assembled. I'll get back to you with a summary of what we have and what the options are going forward.</div>

It is likely that the English OSGeo Chapter has many of these
items, such as a pop-up banner which can be provided locally.<br>

Jo, do you know what local exhibition material is available?<div><div><br>

I have been working with the organizers to get a booth. We

I am tasked with organizing the booth. I will tomorrow put

What do you mean by concrete plan?<br>
