Since Jeff asked for input on the 2014 budget in the board meeting, I wanted to raise an idea here.<br>

I’ve heard some OSGeo projects (but most notably GeoServer) talk about doing a code sprint the week before the FOSS4G conference, and I think this would be wonderful thing to sponsor as OSGeo.<br>
