As proposed, we have provided an updated voting process, which has
been refined after discussion on the osgeo discuss list.<br>
To complete this process, I'm asking the board to vote to approve
the new process (as copied below), and move forward to voting for
OSGeo Advocates.<br>

been a little contentious. We typically receive numerous
nominations from high caliber members of our community, and
insufficient positions to accept them all. This typically results
