<div dir="ltr">I have spent some time getting our wiki page organized:<div><br></div><div><a href="https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors">https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors</a></div><div><br></div><div>Changes:</div><div><br></div><div>* Gathered all meetings, face to face meetings and hangouts into <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Board_Activities_and_Meetings">one section</a>.</div><div>* Added a <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Working_Groups">previous working groups</a> section - hope to move the sponsorship working group complete (when I finish logos and write a blog post)</div><div>* Updated <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Strategic_Plan_2016">Strategic Plan 2016</a> section with the <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Operational_Budget_for_2016">operational budget</a> and my attempt at describing <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#2016_Strategic_Plan_Member_Participation">member participation</a> with an example. I have tried to make it very clear that a budget != money allocated (and that volunteer effort is needed to spend the money in the budget, the example grounds out ideas in alignment with our strategic objectives).</div><div>* Added a <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Planning_Archive">Planning Archive</a> to preserve <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Board_:_Board_Priorities_2013">prior content</a> without cluttering up this page</div><div>* Everything else is in a <a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Reference">reference section</a>, with draft content marked as draft.</div><div><br></div><div>I would like to ask board members to review "<a href="http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Suggested_involvement_from_board_members_.28DRAFT.29">suggested involvement from board members</a>" - so we can remove the draft label. I note that some items such as travel costs are covered here.<br clear="all"><div><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div>--</div><div>Jody Garnett</div></div></div></div></div></div>
