as alredy stated i strongly support the supporting of sprint
codes but time this is a funding and not a backup. With this
decision i feel that now on we are establishing the "rule" of
asking funds to organize a sprint code and we as OSGeo don't
have any strategy or rule on how distribute money (yet).</p>
