Hi Anita,<br>
The tweak I'm suggesting is that all of us voted into positions of
trust (such as on OSGeo committees) are to act as "Leaders" instead
of "Managers".<br>
Leaders lead by example, they encourage and inspire. We have had,
and still have, many excellent Leaders within OSGeo.<br>
I'd be happy to expand on this statement, by writing an OSGeo
guideline, which could be added maybe here:
