While the GeoTools PMC is in favour of this (because JTS is awesome) we
need a BSD-3 License with "Open Source Geospatial Foundation as the

I see only BSD in this page and I am wondering if we should not just
mention only one license there.<br>
For example all the GeoNode code is now licensed under GPL, with
copyright moved to OSGeo. Perhaps GPL should be in the list too?<br>
