STP has been using OSGeo software and Open data in various of its<br>
projects and has also help several startups to our software.<br>

STP also partners with several international organizations including<br>
LH Corporation (Korea) with who we have a MoU since 2015.<br>
<br>
At my f2f with Dr. Jagdale, Director General of STP, we discussed<br>
about MoU with OSGeo in the similar lines of LH corporation [2].<br>
<br>
I am attaching a draft MoU and request approval of the board.<br>
If the MoU is approved, the signing by all parties can be scheduled<br>
in the beginning of May, 2018 when I will be visiting STP.<br>

I had added the agenda item to out board meeting tomorrow [3}<br>
