<div dir="ltr">OSGeo Board,<div>There are current conversations about the OSGeo nomination process. I identified ambiguities in this email thread a while back. I believe at least some of these points have not been addressed yet. If the board wishes to revise wording, I'd be happy to volunteer my time to co-author. assume we would still want reference to this from the cover<br>

* Can we please expand on the veto process, and the level of<br>
transparency/privacy involved.<br>
** Will the nominated person who has been vetoed be publicly<br>
named (this might be seen as insensitive and might be best to<br>
inform them privately).<br>
** Will the person sending the veto be named?<br>
** Will the board members votes be made public?<br>
** Will the reasons someone has been excluded be made public?<br>
* I suggest we publish reasons someone might be vetoed in<br>
advance. Referencing the Positive Attributes [2] should suffice.<br>
