I think it is the latter, this a request to officially recognize the<br>
Portugal Local Chapter, and then also the former because we would like to<br>
see it listed in the new website.<br>

I am actually not sure how to initiate the process to request the official<br>
recognition of the Chapter, and this is why I asked here :-)<br>
