I personally feel that an OSGeo charter members meeting is very<br>
important, and the OSGeo code sprint in Bonn is a perfect place to<br>
make this happen. I feel that both can happen (the Board meeting and<br>
the charter members meeting). For example, we could block off 2<br>
hours at the end of the 18th Sunday for the charter members meeting<br>
(actually I would call it an "OSGeo meeting" to allow everyone to<br>
attend). I think giving a space of 2 hours for everyone to talk<br>
about the foundation is a wonderful opportunity.<br>
