I have a question about voting protocol, as email/virtual votes by the Board have always required 100% of members to have voted, in order for the vote to be accepted (as opposed to in-meeting votes that only require quorum). I notice that recent Loomio votes by the Board are passed without all members voting - has something changed recently in that process? (for almost 10 years we were required to have 100% turnout in our board email voting)

Maybe the previous Board changed this? (fine by me, as I notice nowadays that since we use an external voting tool it is very difficult to get Board members to vote, as opposed to sending an email vote)
Thanks,
Hello,

I had another look at the protocol. Would be great if someone else could review it.

I added the action items to the top:

https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2018-02-01#Actions

We defined some actions items. Some are still open.

I opened 2 decisions on loomio
* Change monthly IRC meeting timeslot
* Approve Board meeting minutes 2018-02-01
https://www.loomio.org/polls

Could you please vote.
