<div class="">I have some updates on MoUs (no action is needed, unless you have some comments):<br class="">

1. Following a discussion with Diane Sinton, the executive director of UCGIS,<br class="">
we made a minor edit in the MoU. The following sentence at the end of the MoU was removed,<br class="">
to avoid automatic lapse of MoU if we don't do a review:<br class="">
<br class="">
"In the absence of a biennial review by both bodies, it will be assumed that this MOU has lapsed."<br class="">
<br class="">
The two year review is still included in the #4 item so the lapse sentence really was not needed.<br class="">
