For consideration for the 2020 budget:<br>

As you may know, the projects under the OSGeo GitHub organization may use the <br>
Travis-CI service. OSGeo has now opted since more than one year for extended <br>
workers to support the load of the various projects (GDAL, PROJ, GRASS and a <br>
few others). Up to now, the cost was covered entirely by the budget of GDAL, <br>
but it might probably be better to have it allocated under the global budget, <br>
instead of being imputed only on GDAL. From what I find in my emails, the <br>
yearly cost is ~ $4107.60 (at least that was the cost the first year)<br>
