estándar OGC</span></b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><a
moz-do-not-send="true" href="http://www.opengeospatial.org">Open
Geospatial Consortium</a> (OGC) ha publicado el documento
candidato a estándar OGC de GeoPackage (GPKG).<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">El candidato
estándar Geopackage proporciona un contenedor abierto,
no-propietario y de plataforma independiente para la
distribución y el uso directo de todo tipo de información
geoespacial. El contenedor GeoPackage y las API incrementarán
la plataforma de interoperabilidad de aplicaciones
geospaciales y servicios web en el mundo de los móviles.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Como futuras
mejoras se creará el estándar GeoPackage Web Service y
modificaciones de los estándares OWS (<a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.opengeospatial.org/standards/common">OGC
Web Service</a>) para el uso de los Geopackage como
intercambio de formatos.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Las
implementaciones de interoperabilidad del Geopackage serán
testeadas y demostradas el próximo 15 de enero en la
<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.opengeospatial.org/node/1748">Demostración
del OGC Web Services Testbed (OWS-9)</a>. Las actuales bases
de implementación de referencia, SQLite and SpatialLite, son
recursos de aplicaciones de fuentes abiertas desarrollados
por miembros de OGC. La implementación de referencia SQLite
es patrocinada por la asociación <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.sqlite.org/consortium.html">
SQLite</a> que incluye miembros de OGC. Y SpatiaLite es
desarrollado por <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.osgeo.org/">
OSGeo</a> por el presidente de <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.gfoss.it/drupal/">GFOSS.it</a> y otros.<o:p></o:p></p>
