Hi Daniel,

Thank you for this great insight into the general trends, it is great to 
hear how FOSS4G is being leveraged at the government level in Brazil!!!! 
  Please also say hello to Luiz Motta for me.  I will be sure to share 
your insights to others, to show how Brazil is forward-thinking and a 
leader in openness.  And good luck with your presentation tomorrow on 
the Federal Police's migration to FOSS, sounds very interesting!
