O GeoCap é um sub-sistema do SIG-RB desenvolvido para apoio
a acidentes com cargas perigosas, para uso em computadores
de mão ou smartphones. Através da combinação das coordenadas
geográficas do ponto de um acidente de cargas perigosas,
localizadas pelo GPS, o sistema GeoCap permite determinar as
sub-bacias afetadas por um derrame de produtos perigosos.
Combinando as sub-bacias com a posição das captações de
água, são informadas aquelas com risco de contaminação por
aquele acidente e a lista de contatos a serem avisados do
risco, nas captações e envio por web service, para acionar
os demais sobre a ocorrência. O GeoCap também fornece ao
usuário informações sobre os produtos perigosos, conforme a
tabela da ONU e a consulta ao guia de procedimentos,
permitindo maior precisão e rapidez nas providências para
minimização das consequências dos acidentes.<br>

Com acesso gratuito, este seminário online é indicado para
gestores envolvidos na defesa civil, transporte de produtos
perigosos, logística e SIG móvel, atendentes de acidente –
bombeiros, policiais, operadores de rodovias e agentes dos
órgãos ambientais e de administração de recursos hídricos.<br>

Os apresentadores deste webinar serão: Fábio Rodrigo de
Oliveira, tecnólogo em processamento de dados, cursando
mestrado na Unesp de Botucatu, com cursos de formação em
geoprocessamento, software livre e sensoriamento remoto; e
Arlei Benedito Macedo, geólogo, doutor e livre-docente em
geociências no Instituto de Geociências da USP.<br>

Este seminário online e interativo é promovido pelos portais
MundoGEO e InfoGPS. Os participantes poderão interagir com
os apresentadores através do chat. Serão enviados
certificados digitais de participação a todos que estiverem
online na sessão.<br>
