[California] 2012 OSGeo California Chapter Annual Meeting

Only major conflict I know of right now is NACIS in Portland Oct 17-19
(Week before is OSM state of the Map and WhereCamp PDX).

I'm willing to speak, will know when it's closer what topic.

A joint meeting might be interesting and a good way to get the ear of
some State officials for a few minutes. Late Sept might be good too
since Foss4g Beijing was canceled.

Jeff if not San Jose this time, sounds like a good venue for the next event.

Thanks,
Alex
