[California] Two Nominations for 2012 Open Geospatial Data Award

I've made two nominations for the California Chapter Open Geospatial
Data Award. One, for inside California, is Calaveras County. The
second, for outside California, is Natural Earth Data.

If we can get a couple more award nominations, perhaps the award
selection committee can make an award by the end of the month. I'll
then get an award certificate and frame purchased.
