[California] Annual Meeting Update

I can share my presentation on kriging with curvilinear anisotropy (I'll 
have given it at FOSS4G a couple weeks before our meeting so I know it 
will be ready)... it's an exciting mix of PostGIS, QGIS, and probably a 
few other things.
