[California] Annual Meeting in November

I know we'd have interest from both Davis, Sac State, and American River
College if we do it in the Davis/Sacramento area. The turn out for the San
Jose meetings have been fairly small, so unless we can identify groups to
advertise to in that area, it may not be out best choice. But I'd also
like to acknowledge that the offer of hosting the meeting by Jeff is very
generous and appreciated.

I can put together a survey to see how many people would be interested in
different locations. So we're trying for Mid-Februrary with a choice of
San Diego, Davis/Sacramento, or San Jose? I can add a section for speaker
nominations/ideas and groups we can invite. What do you think?
