[California] CalGIS 2016 Open Source Track

Hi Folks,

If you can specifically reach out to Universities and Agencies working
with Open Source and encourage them to send in session proposals that
would be fantastic. We can essentially organize as many sessions as we
have proposals for, so the more the merrier.
