<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">Hey guys. I think it is time for me to step down as board rep for our chapter. My life has gotten considerably more complicated since last June, and I don't have the time or energy to devote to OSGeo like I
 once did. I don't even get to work on GIS much any more.<br>

It also seems like the core of our support is in the academic community, which makes me a poor fit for leader as a private sector capitalist. :]<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">The primary duties of the board rep are to organize our annual meeting. (It seems I can't even lead effectively enough to do this.)<u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt">If we can't find someone to take over for me, I'll recommend to the OSGeo Board that we close the chapter. I'll plan on reaching out to them by the end of this week if I don't hear from any of our chapter members.<u></u><u></u></p>
