[Conference-europe] web page of foss4g-europe

Hi,

I would like to stop the improvisation period and ask the SAC of
OSGeo, to prepare web page for FOSS4G-Europe in following structure:

* url http://europe.foss4g.org/[year]
* wordpress

that should be IMHO everything we need

any objections/comments ?
