One thing that popped in my head was the timing - the proposed dates <br>
(27.07-02.08) are maybe too close to the Hiroshima global FOSS4G <br>
(30.08-5.09)? Although, as the venue is at a university so we are <br>
constrained by the university's own schedule.<br>
