[Conference-resources] FOSS4G 2018 website - link broken

Hi Vicky, hi sac,

could you please check why https://2018.foss4g.org

is gone.

I guess it moved to osgeo infrastructure some year ago.

But now when you open the page you are direkted to engelsystem from 2023

https://2018.foss4g.org/login

Would be a shame if the page from foss4g 2028 is lost
