[Conference-resources] Participation certificate

Hello all,

I received an email from an attendee asking for a participation certificate
because from his job they are asking for it.

My questions comes to mind:
Is the participation certificate something that is automatic from the
FOSS4G conference?
Is that participation certificate on request?
That has not been considered at all?

The "easy" way to do the certificates is to use open office with a csv file
merged into a template word document.
