[Workshops] FTP information for uploading Workshop/Lab files

Chris and all workshop/lab presenters,

Please go ahead and upload the documents that you need printed for the 
workshop into the /printing folder.  Since Gavin's last message the 
local committee has begun looking into a plan to handle printing.

Sorry for the confusion.
