Sorry got my email wrong - for tutorials there is no budget for printing.

You may find it easier to burn 50 cds and ask people to copy PDFs onto the machine at the start of your workshop? You may also place your material on a website and ask people to use a browser?

There is no requirement to offer printed workbooks - it is just easier as it leaves the screen free for activity.

For tutorials (for which budget is available for printing) I am going to try and cover them out of pocket. A couple tutorials are bruning PDFs as a cheaper option...

My understanding is that workshops had a budget for printing; and the deadline for that is now past.

Hello,

I am not sure to understand ... who will cover these fees? Given the 
prices mentioned by Jody, as we are giving the workshop for 170 persons 
(it is the size of the room if I remember well), it will cost 
apprximatively 963$! I am clearly not able to cover these fees. Are you 
sure it is not possible to send this additional package to printers?
