[Workshops] Workshop Equipment Information

Hi Matt,

Will workshop participants receive OSGeo Live on USB Sticks or DVD?
Have you tested that booting from USB Sticks or DVD is no problem?

Spending much time to get everyone OSGeo Live booted, having it scale to
full-screen resolution and using the right keyboard layout should be
avoided in my opinion. It would probably help a lot if the PC's would be
already booted and running OSGeo Live when the workshop starts.
