[OSGeo-Conf] Call for Votes: Host Venue for 2007 conference

First, I want to underline that both proposals are very good and I want 
to thank both teams for their very impressive work. It was very hard to 
achieve a final decision but my vote is:

[ ] Portland, Oregon, United States
[X] Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Nevertheless, if the conference is hosted in Victoria, a special 
attention have to be paid in order to reduce the registration fees. We 
(the committee ?) have thus to find ideas, solutions in order to help 
the organisers in reducing the costs.
