[OSGeo-Conf] Followup from yesterday's committee meeting regarding 2008

I have received rankings from the following conference committee 
members: Venka, Paul, Helena, Thierry, Claude, Dave.  I would hope that 
all committee members take the time for this, as it is an important 
decision (deadline is today!).
