[OSGeo-Conf] Conf for 2008

Hardware companies have all been approached for '07 sponsorship,  
nothing so far. If you have contacts, by all means, hit them up with  
a prospectus. If you want to run an elaborate coding contest, and are  
willing to shoulder the work around organizing and executing it, I'm  
all in favor of that too!
