[OSGeo-Conf] Committee Meeting to discuss 2008 RFP

Hello everyone,

I would like to propose an IRC Conference Committee meeting (in 
#foss4g2007) for this Monday 
(http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?year=2007&month=05&day=14&hour=17&min=0&sec=0) 
to start the 2008 RFP process.  An alternative to that time is to have 
the meeting on Tuesday instead and a little earlier 
(http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?year=2007&month=05&day=15&hour=15&min=0&sec=0). 
  Here is the agenda:

1. Motion to accept Paul Ramsey as new committee member

2. Update on web home status (http://www.osgeo.org/conference)

3. 2008 RFP discussions
     - decide on dates (release May 21st, due July 20th, award July 30th ?)
     - update RFP:
          (the following is from the Wiki)
          - possibly specify the format for all submissions? (pdf for 
example)
          - change from a public submission to direct email?
          - include weights for each requirement?
          - add preliminary FOSS4G2007 report (sponsorship, budget, etc)
          - request enough space for workshops


Please make changes to the agenda (or Wiki) wherever necessary.
