[OSGeo-Conf] Question from the back of the room

OK, I've got the info I need -- thanks to all.

(I ask this because of another conference I'm involved in, and we were
wondering what prevailing attitudes on the topic were across the
industry.  It seems to range from "no discount" to "some discount" to
"complete discount".)
