[OSGeo-Conf] Deadline extension for 2011 Request for Hosting

On behalf of the Denver team, I just wanted to let everyone know that we are
submitting an LOI today (we had understood the deadline to be midnight at
the end of today UTC, but apparently it was midnight at the beginning of
today UTC :( !!).
