[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2008 broken?

I had tried to pull a static copy to run, it's definitely not worth running OCS 
just for one archived site.  wget didn't do it that well for me.  If someone
else has a good solution for recursive sucking of a site, then I suggest
going with that!
