[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G-CEE 2013 Partners announcement

Codrina and the rest of the foss4g-cee team,

It is wonderful to see all the announcements and ideas coming out of 
foss4g-cee.
What I'd encourage you to do is capture these ideas for future foss4g* 
conferences by:

1. Creating a Lessons Learned wiki as you go. Follow links from:

2. Start filling in sections for the FOSS4G Cookbook
