[OSGeo-Conf] Conference Committee involvement

Hi all,

My life is substantially changing on a personal level.  As a result, I
won't have as much time for OSGeo activities.

I will try continuing on the Conference Committee with reduced
involvement.  I'll see if I can limit the effort to that level, if
that level is appropriate for me, and if I think it is useful to the
committee.

The Conference Committee has many capable individuals which can handle
the job.  I've enjoyed our time working together.
