[OSGeo-Conf] FOSS4G 2017 Proposal for Ottawa

Hello Conference Committee Members,
 
A bit odd for me to be on the other side of this email for a change -- but I am very pleased to present you with Ottawa's bid to host FOSS4G 2017.
 
We've had some technical problems converting to a PDF from Google Docs - and unfortunately I"m leaving at the moment for a meeting in London, UK ... so Jerome will be following up with the proposal.
 
We look forward to hearing from you about our proposal.
