Good spots Cameron :)

I have amended the notes to reflect my slightly different understanding of what was agreed. Particularly that the RoW event is targeted to make a small surplus which will be shared between OSGeo and that if we support smaller regional events they would be expected to break even.

Can others who were in attendance review the minutes and correct further if they see the need
