[OSGeo-Conf] [Board] Any updates on travel grant foss4g push?

I've added some notes on the wiki.

Do we want to ask the BLOC to add "Travel Grant Program" to the
sponsor page, http://2017.foss4g.org/sponsor/?

I don't want to compete with BLOC for sponsors so find it
inappropriate for Conference Committee or TGP to seek sponsors, except
as through the LOC. Adding it to the list (unspecified amount but
must be over over $1,000, unspecified benefits) and a few tweets might
be in order if we can work with the LOC.

I'm available on the sub-group (depending on when we work - I'm out
some in July) if no one else is.

Best regards, Eli
