[OSGeo-Conf] Travel Grant Programme (TGP) volunteers

Hi Conference list,

Are there any volunteers for running the TGP in 2017?  Volunteers will
operate under the Conference Committee to run the 2017 TGP.  If there are
any volunteers, speak up.
