[OSGeo-Conf] Motion: 2nd Call for TGP for local events / Applicaiton for Travel Grant Programme"OSGeo Oceania" 2019

Dear Maria,

AFAIK we already agreed on having a 2nd call this year, so the only
change is to allow the Oceanian chapter to apply again and for more money.

(BTW: I personally do not see any sense in now deciding to save the
money for next year, if there is interest ;-) )
